HEHGAN Haur Euskaldunen Hizkuntza Gaitasunaren Neurketa / «Measuring the language ability of Basque-speaking children» is a project supported by the Navarre-Euskadi-New Aquitaine Euroregion. The lack of instruments for assessing language development in Basque constitutes a major challenge for professionals involved in the intervention of language disorders in Basque-speaking children. HEHGAN aims to encourage cooperation between SLTs working in different provinces of the Basque country so that they develop common methods to assess and treat Basque-speaking children with language disorders.
